Charging specifically by the job is more effective for the client.There's no charging extra for additional hours worked or material used that had already been quoted for. Tom provides clean, straight forward quotes that you know is going to be the same price when it comes to completion.

There are, only when the client wants extra work completed outside the original quoted scope of work. This will involve an additional quote which will need to accepted before works begin. If a job has been quoted and has began and Tom unfortunately comes across unforeseen damage or issues to a surface that could never have been seen within the site inspection. The customer will be informed, Tom will explain the best approach forward and the costs involved. Once the client has made a decision and accepts, works can be carried out to rectify the issue correctly.

You can be living whilst works are being done inside your property. Tom works with the clients to meet their needs to make it a seamless & stress-free experience. If you do want to move out temporarily, this does have some benefits for the client. 1: More cost effective - less time is spent moving furniture, setting up and completing room by room or an area at a time. 2: The project is completed faster - Set up once, not continually moving furniture, more focus on completing the work. Less down time off the tools = money & time saved

I always recommend my clients to express their idea's on colours because I want to complete their project knowing, this is the space that they feel comfortable in and always wanted. Tom works with the clients to help bring their colour ideas to reality. There's nothing wrong with choosing a white but I say spice it up, make it your own.

Tom doesn't allow clients to help at any stage of the Preparation and/or Painting process. Simply because Tom can only guarantee his work is done correctly to ensure quality control throughout the project.

Generally that is fine, must be willing to have the correct quantity and match the quality of material that TWB PAINTING SERVICES uses to deliver High Quality Finishes. If the client is not willing to agree to theses standards, Tom will simply not go ahead with their project as he does not compromise on the set level of finish.
